I got off of the phone a few minutes ago with AT&T (my internet provider) for the third time (if not the fourth?) since my computer has been acting weird (screens popping up saying that I have no internet connection, etc.) The guy I spoke to had me do several things--some of them more than once--and none of them solved the problem, so they're sending a guy out to look at the 'puter. I need to do some serious cleaning before that, but that's a good thing. I hope that they can find out what's going on with this silly piece of technology.
