Banana ice cream

Everyone please eat banana ice cream! Very delicious and cool!
We received some ripe bananas from a brother's garden. So I made this banana ice cream for the kids. I thought it would be frozen and hard. But in the end, the ice cream is quite soft, fatty and delicious. I used bananas, vocado, peanuts, coconut milk and heavy cream. If there is more grated coconut, it will be great. But I couldn't buy it in the afternoon.
Bananas ripen very quickly and are difficult to eat at the same time. Using it to make ice cream can be stored for a long time and is delicious.

It's true that the ice cream is quite sweet. I think I could cut down on the heavy cream.

@tkonlinevn You should cut on coconut milk and take off the peanuts, I am sure it would taste even better.

@LadyDuck Oh, no. Coconut milk and peanuts go well with banana ice cream. They make fragrant and rich ice cream. Without them, there is a complete lack of flavor. Please try it.

Can banana ice cream be too hard without cream? I mean it's frozen to the point where it's impossible to bite!?

This ice cream isn't just "banana flavor" ice cream :) It's actually banana ice cream because the main ingredient is banana. I chopped the banana, then mixed it with the other ingredients. You can try it. It tastes great!

I've never tried banana ice cream. I like banana. I can imagine banana ice cream must be yummy.

That's right. The cream is very fragrant, soft and cool. The thing is that this ice cream is a bit sweet. Because the ingredients include ripe bananas and heavy cream. I think we could use less cream and more avocado!
