What did Donald Trump do to stop the January 6th insurrection? A must-see video.

This is political, I know. But It is the best "quick summary" I have seen of exactly what Donald Trump did (and didn't do) to stop the January 6 insurrection. OK, the creepy music is a bit over the top, but all of the information is there. My senior brain is wondering which Trump trial deals most directly with what happened on that day. The current trial is about falsifying business records to cover up hush money payments. But it's also about doing so before an election (2016). This video is only about 12 minutes log, but it very informative. I learned from it.

Trump chose not to act and set and watched on TV for 187 minutes. That's over 3 hours while people were ransacking the White House. This hasn't even gone to court yet. The one that has somewhat to do with it is the Georgia one where he tried to get officials to find votes for him to ensure his win. Here is the one to read on this:
Former President Donald Trump has been indicted on four felony counts, including conspiracy to defraud the United States and witness tampering, for his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

It is the best summary I have seen. Clips from interviews with important people.

@Tampa_girl7 The creepy music and Hitler-esque photos of Trump made me chuckle. But the time-line and interviews were spot on.

@TheHorse I think I was more shocked by that than watching the twin towers crumble. This was supposed to be Americans that was attacking

What a strange time in our history! We witnessed something that has never happened before. At least since the Civil War.

@wolfgirl569 I remember watching both. My first thought upon watching the twin towers fall (I was at Ms Horse's house) was "We Are at war." With the insurrection, it was "This is treason."
