I head off for my happy happy joy joy root canal in a few minutes. Kitty is fed and so am I. I had an egg and two slices of bacon, which is pretty typical. Coffee on the side, of course.
Maybe the adrenaline in the the anesthetic will have me amped up and I'll take the garbage out and play some guitar. We shall see?

Yesterday, I had a plant based breakfast sandwich. I did not miss the meat. Glad you and kitty both got your food.

Monday went fine. There were quite a few workplace tasks and then some grocery buying during the night.

I hope your root canal was painless. I remember when I had mine done decades ago. It was SO painful. Have a good day. Oh, I had a protein bar for breakfast.
