A rainy day

The weather forecast says it will rain all day today. I heard the rumble of thunder before I got up in the morning. I was worried that my mum would get wet in the rain, so I drove my kid to school after breakfast in the morning,and I went to work more than half an hours later than before. It was almost noon when the rain still falling and I left work an hour early to pick up my kid.At noon I ate some noodles at home and after that I returned back to work. This has never happened in my previous job.I don't know if this is right or wrong. I just know that I can't find self-worth in the new working environment. The rain is still raining, and my heart is a little restless.
