I found a new herb that helps with many different symptoms that might be one illness. It is called Astragalus. It helps with upper respiratory problems, liver problems and a few others. It says that you should take it with food, so I ate a piece of cheese. .. and my breathing has improved in the 20 minutes since I took it. Look it up and see if this will help you too!
