Good afternoon from breezy Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. It's time for the health report for the past week. I will combine it with the last couple of days on the Excel program. Last Friday my weight was 202.4. So, it's a good place to start.
Friday, April 19 - Weight - 202.4. Exercise: Foot cycle - 60 minutes. Calories burned: 853. Walking - 61 minutes. Calories burned: 193. Total calories burned: 1046. Calorie budget: 2751. Calories consumed: 1163. Steps: 11,745.
Saturday, April 20 - Weight - 202.2. Exercise: Foot cycle - 75 minutes. Calories burned: 1066. Walking - 46 minutes. Calories burned: 218. Total calories burned: 1284. Calorie budget: 2989. Calories consumed: 1446. Steps: 11,303.
Sunday, April 21 - Weight - 202.6. Exercise: Foot cycle - 72 minutes. Calories burned: 1024. Walking - 46 minutes. Calories burned: 218. Total calories burned: 1242. Calories consumed: 1895. Steps: 11,038.
Monday, April 22 - Weight - 200.4. Exercise: Walking - 66 minutes. Calories burned: 209. Foot cycle - 50 minutes. Calories burned: 711. Total calories burned: 920. Calorie budget: 2625. Calories consumed: 1455. Steps: 11,270.
Tuesday, April 23 - Weight - 200.9. Exercise: Walking - 61 minutes. Calories burned: 289. Foot cycle - 60 minutes. Calories burned: 853. Total calories burned: 1142. Calorie budget: 2847. Calories consumed: 1434. Steps: 11,487.
Wednesday, April 24 - Weight - 200.5. Exercise: Walking - 83 minutes. Calories burned: 336. Foot cycle - 60 minutes. Calories burned: 1090. Total calories burned: 1418. Calorie budget: 1744. Calories consumed: 1348. Steps: 14,142.
Thursday, April 25 - Weight - 200.8. Exercise: Walking - 73 minutes. Calories burned: 295. Foot cycle - 60 minutes. Calories burned: 1090. Calorie budget: 1744. Calories consumed: 1600. Steps: 13,397.
Friday, April 26 - Weight - 200.3.
I've maintained my weight all week. I'm hoping to get below 200 next week.

I stay just about the same now. Losing the weight was one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. I hope you can reach your goal, Valerie.

Took me a long time to realize I just had to buckle down and actually do it. But yay, it's done. I would like to lose maybe 8-10 more pounds, but the doc said I was good so I don't stress over it all now. Thank you.

@just4him I think sugar and carbs are hard for just about everybody. Even "healthy" things can be amazingly..Carby. Salt and sugar in many things.

Well looks like you are 2 pounds down from last Friday though, so that is great.
Hopefully you can get under next week.
I want to lose weight, as you know...but I also have something else I want to do that may take priority to that.
