Dreary day, but hopefully will get sunny. Going off to a train festival today. It is a yearly event and also had a few freebies that are nice. They take you to the area in air conditioned motor coaches for free, which is very nice. No AC needed today, but most years is warm the day they have it

@Juliaacv It still looks like it could rain here. I am home now. I told friend that I bet as soon as we get back it will clear up..but hasn't really.

That sounds like fun so enjoy the train festival.
It's chilly here too with showers this afternoon. Looks like summer temperatures coming on Monday

This town is known for it's trains. They have a huge number that go through every day. There were 3 just in the timewe were there. They have multiple track crossings set up where you can walk across the tracks without having to walk through them. They have a station camera that captures passersby and you can wave to the camera and end up online. Train murals everywhere etc.

@snowy22315 That sounds a lot of fun. Our home town was a big railway hub but it's almost all gone down. His Dad and several brothers worked in the railways.
