It's a Shorts and Flip Flops Kind of Day

Happy Monday Everyone! it's sunny AND it's going to be gorgeous with summer-like temperatures.
The weekend came and went and here we are at the start of another week. Only two days until April comes to an end.
My daughter loves her new ceiling fan so she decided to have her brother put one in her office. She ordered the same one and it should here tomorrow so it's ready when he has free time to do it.
While I was having my first cup of coffee this morning, I was looking for yarn for a project I have in mind. I was really surprised at how the price of yarn has jumped up in price. Guess I'm going to have to wait to see what I can find on sale somewhere. I know Hobby Lobby runs a 30% off every few weeks so I'll have to see if they have the color I'm looking for.
I watched a really good movie yesterday....The Art of Racing In The Rain. I've wanted to read that book for a long time but never seem to pick it when I'm looking for a book so I decided to just watch the movie and maybe one day I'll get around to the book.
Can't say there's much going on today. Just the usual house stuff to do and I'll probably wait until tomorrow for the laundry.

Nothing went on in my neck of the woods either just a wet rainy nasty
gloomy day, we just stayed indoors & napped the day away.

Weekends fly by if you're busy or not busy.
The yarn I want is discontinued so I'm looking for something similar. I just might have to go to Hobby Lobby and look in person.
It's definitely laundry day for me tomorrow.

We're being treated to a summer-like day today compliments of Mother Nature. It will only last a day or two but it' a nice change.

Love that book and movie. Sunday I found out that we didn't have water pressure. Yesterday I got it fixed and ended up getting a new water tank put in the well. The water works perfectly now. I also worked on my mother's diamond painting. I think I will finish it next week.

It's really warm here too. Finally turned on the AC last night. The ceiling fan alone just wasn't cutting it. Have a good day.
