Hello again, myLot!

I walked about an hour today--to the bank, to the store from the bank, from the store to the office to pay my rent, and then home.
So, when I go and get the mail, I can go there and come straight back, since I've done my hour. 
Right now I'm going to play a game for a bit, then go unload the dishwasher, then have lunch.

How awesome for your health !
I remember hating to walk places but now I see it as a blessing to be able to up and walk with our able bodies
Do you wear any kind of watch that tracks your steps / distance ?

I used to, but unfortunately that watch stopped working.

Even apps like temu have some cheap good working ones
