The secretary called to advise that the schedule is 11 AM today. I came just in time only to be told to fill in the queuing slip because it's first come first served. Been waiting outside for 30 minutes and looks like none among those waiting had been accommodated.
It's really agonizing to be waiting for I do not know what would the outcome. Nice day all.

Why make an appointment if it's first come first served? Have a good weekend.

They wanted to limit the patients to only 7 or 10 for consultations because she has to make the rounds at the other hospitals.

I get so impatient when I have to wait for doctors. I usually bring a library book with me and spend my time reading from that

That is so true. What's exhausting is they set you for a morning appointment shortly before luncg then they arrive 2 hours late. Imagine the hassle of skipping major meal.

@LovesEverybody She takes lunch before going to her clinic, after her rounds with the other hospitals.

@florelway I agree. I bet the doctor isn't skipping lunch which is why they are so late.

I hate to wait. Usually play with my phone while I am.

Exactly what I did. I played slots online and ended up losing some bucks.

That's what I did, the doctor arrived almost 1 pm and I was allowed in after 2 pm.

I actually did wait long for more than 3 hours and consulted for less than 15 minutes and then pay some 20 dollars.

Waiting time is longer than actual consultations. Then they will only tell you to take laboratory test before telling what really is the best treatment.

@grenery8 I can almost imagine how would it be in a public hospital, waiting time would be worse.

@florelway most definitely. i hated one time that i waited and they decided to take a blood test after the consultations with the doctor; i was so tired and the nurse was so slow. she first did her papers, then me. other nurse could have helped her but, no, she just watched. and also one time when the doctor decided we should visit him in his own office; also in hospital but, it was said to us when it was our turn, not before. so, taking elevator and waiting again in front of his office, awful. and awful approach to patients here.
