I have reached a solution to my problem I had told you in my previous post.
From Monday I'll resume my walking to the jungle;but not in the evening.I'll go there early in the morning.
For this;I will have to get up earlier in the morning. If I get up at 4 AM in the morning;I would do yoga and then leave.By 8.30 AM I will be back to manage my store.
Of course;I would have a little less sleep;but I can manage it.

@LadyDuck You can wake up earlier:even before sunrise. It sounds difficult;but not impossible. You have to force yourself to leave your bed for a week. Then it would become your habit.

@LadyDuck This is the only solution.I can't make my father work hard.I can't have a helper either. This won't be economically wise.I hope;you understand. And getting up before sunrise is a good habit.

@akalinus Yes;I can have a brief nap in noon. That's the time when my store is not open. But I don't think I would need to sleep.Getting up at 4 a.m.will soon become my habit.

Walking to the jungle sounds dangerous.

@popciclecold No;not at all. It's a small;but dense jungle. There are small wild animals only:such as jackals;foxes;hyaenas;rabbits etc. These animals fear us human beings. They hide themselves in the bushes.I don't disturb them.I just watch and enjoy their movements.

@popciclecold You are most welcome here and visit the jungle with me once and you will become brave too. There is nothing to fear.

I went back to your previous post to know about the problem. Glad that you could find a solution.. I always wake up before sunrise on weekdays. On weekends, I sleep a little late till 6 or 7 AM.

@arunima25 You are right. With changing circumstances we have to change ourselves. And the first step to do this is changing our routine. That's exactly what I did. From Monday on I'll sleep a little earlier and get up one hour earlier. In a week or two;I'll get used to it.

@arunima25 Thanks.I thought over it and ultimately found that I would have to change my routine. And that is the only solution.I could have a helper;but that was not a ecomically wise decision. So I will have to change my routine.I decided to change it..

@Shivram59 We have to bring some changes in our routine to do things that we love to do. I hope that this change in routine can work for you. You should not be sleep deprived. So, try to go to bed early.
