My Facebook account has been locked

Facebook has locked my account, due to unusual activity. I have contacted them through email but they don't reply. Whenever, i am trying to log in it says upload your ID card to unlock your account. I have followed their screen instructions to unlock my account. After uploading my ID, i got a link through email to unlock my account. But that link says' it's expired. Then how to unlock. Did you face this similar situation?

I have heard of several other users having the same problem, I hope it's not hackers activity.

so as mine!! I have deactivated 3 years ago and the last time when I sign in it says locked

Next, they might ask you to upload your ID to confirm your identity. Otherwise your account will remain locked

@jula65 Since then I haven't try to sign thinking that its looks like I am trying to visit one colony to other colony people

Everything sounds normal except when you get the expired link. I'm not a computer expert but try clearing your browser history completely and then try the process again. That's the only thing I can think of that might work.

Yes, I have done it numerous times. Clearing browser history, doesn't work. I think it's a technical issue from FB. They needs to fix it. Unfortunately, they never reply to my messages, nor they care about user's problem.

@jula65 Personally I'm baffled. I have no idea how to solve this myself. If you have a computer repair shop I'd go talk to the technician guys there. They've bailed me out of some weird stuff before. Sorry, I can't be more helpful than that.

It is unlikely for FB to comment or answer your questions. I think it is run by AI which does not understand the context of words or sentences. Did you get any notices about FB jail for saying something or anything like that?
