extreme fatigue / myLot

I have been sufferent from extreme fatigue all day. I lept 8 hours or more last night. My doctor thinks I might have narcolepsy. My psychiatrist I mean. I have vowed never to go to a regular doctor again, so I guess I will just have to live with it. I sometimes wake up randomly and I dont know how it happened,and dont remember falling asleep.

I have been having similar issues. I've tried a change of diet and making myself take exercise and it seems to be working. Think I was just being very lazy
