Gorgeous Noelia Voigt resigned from her title as Miss USA. She stated that she is resigning due to mental health concerns. She said she didn't realize the pressures of her dream. And health is wealth. Her statement is inspirational to many people and let's people know you can face your problems head on and seek help. And this makes her truly a pageant queen.

Yes, better safe than insane. Sometimes you have to step out of a situation that is not good for you health.
