You Will Never Guess What I Just Got

We set and waited for the guy to arrive for the inspection today. 
He was supposed to come sometime between 12p. and 4p.. I was getting rather upset 
that we had gone through moving several very heavy boxes clear upstairs. 
Had to move them so he could check a closet. (We had failed the last inspection for that reason.) Are they really not coming? We had gotten a Housing letter a couple of days ago telling us there would be an inspection on May 20th but that had something to do with their real estate department. I thought perhaps they were just going to do our inspection then. I was waiting until 4p. and if they didn't come I was going to send an email asking them how their not coming would affect our standing.
At exactly 4 p.m. there was a knock at the door and a different Housing inspector was there. He went on and on with positive remarks about how nice everything looked and how well my daughter had done. Yah!
After he left my daughter found the Housing letter about the property management coming tomorrow for yet another inspection.
Will it ever end?

Even if you owned your own place, there's likely to be some obnoxious neighbor complaining about your porch or yard or a tree...
