Good Morning 5/9

Today is "storm day." It is as dark as night out there. We are supposed to get a morning shower and then storms with the possibility of damaging winds later in the day and this evening. The weatherman says we better hope the sun doesn't come out because that will give the later storms more energy.. Let's hope nothing catastrophic happens, but the potential is always there.

It's dreary and cloudy here today, too. We are supposed to have some wind and rain, but no storms as of right this minute. Of course, it can change! As you say, the potential is there.

It has not rained here all day. I was a bit surprised..I think there are storms out there..maybe they won't hit here. I will check the radar and the news at 6.

It doesn't usually get too bad here. However, one never knows. There are tornadoes nearby here from time to time..but they say just winds this time.
