Green Mango jelly dessert

I had written about those mangoes harvested by the new gardener are all green with no hopes of them getting ripe. I combed the Net to see if I can use of them and found this green mango jelly dessert recipe. I worked on that recipe and am happy to say it is a nice dessert I will add a bit more sugar next time. Have a bite. Any questons? (lol)
