Choosing a career is a tense subject

Higher Secondary results are out in our state ( West Bengal) and other parts of India as well. Many of the successful students may choose to join a college for degrees like BA, B.Com, or B. SC. Many would prefer to join any ITI sir some vocation oriented courses, which will prepare them as quickly as possible to start earning.Mant of the children belonging to the lower income groups prefer to take up one of such course. Fulmoni is the only girl in our home who has passed her Higher Secondary Exam. She has expressed her wish to join the State Police Department. She is a sprinter and she is fit to pursue a car as a policewoman. I have advised her to keep up her studies as there will be an eligibility test before she is chosen for the training. She gets up early to run in the playground and do her exercises. She is an orphan. I pray and hope she gets selected to be a policewoman.
