Have you watched TRAVELLERS?

I have started watching the series a few days ago and I must confess that certain things go over my head. I understand that there's a bunch of time travelers who are sent by the 'Director', apparently an AI machine that is programmed to send consciousness of the future hybrid humans into the host bodies of the 21st century as an when required in a bid to save the world. The new consciousness has trouble adjusting and adapting to the characteristics of the host body as in the case of Marcy, Grant and Jeff but it eventually does. The transfer of Ingram's consciousness in Peltrow and what happens with the nanites controlled by the director in Naomi and Trevor is difficult to understand. I wish someone could explain.
