Good morning myLotters! My question is if I use Chrome with myLot will I get my memory back after I either shut off my computer or leave myLot? or do I lose my memory forever no matter what I do? It is very important I find out the answer. I look up answers to my questions on a search engine and I have no idea what they are talking about. Plus each article gives me different answers Thank you for any help you can give!

Nothing from myLot is ever stored on your computer to use up its memory. All myLot files are stored on the myLot server. That is why you have to sign in to access the files and use myLot.

Thank you! In other words, I can be a member of myLot and not worry about memory?

You don't lose your memory. Everything you do is in settings under history. Only when you clean the cache, will you wipe your history from the computer. Something you need to do from time to time. Doing so will wipe out the tracking cookies and give you a clean start. However, that is only the Internet. It doesn't touch any of your documents. You don't lose your files. Thanks for reminding me I haven't cleaned my cache in a long time.

I am sorry I think I mean something different. I meant not to lose memory and be unable to use my computer as I have telehealth therapy coming up weekly next week and need memory If I delete some things in my browsing history which is how my computer refers to it does it mean I will get more memory? My sister says I don't need to do that

You do not lose your memory forever. I stay logged in all the time, but when I close the page and the browser I get the memory back.

@LadyDuck sorry for the questions but I need to be sure to be on the computer as I desperately need the therapy I am scheduled to begin each Thursday via telehealth.
