Do you like neighbours who put loud music?

Hello friends
Hope you are having a wonderful time. Here I'm doing fine, the weather just got chilly.
Apparently my neighbours love putting very loud music when they are doing any outdoor chores like washing clothes, maybe some cleaning.
This sometimes distructs me from my studies.
They are also students but in another world.
It's hard to tell them to put a low volume, because in my country there are rights
. But hopefully one day I'll have a peaceful place, mostly I do my studies at the school library.

For the most part our neighbors are quiet; and the houses are quite far apart. Maybe you need to talk to your neighbors. Have a good day.
