My daughter was very excited, by their view of the Northern Lights! Her husband took many pictures and they turned out so pretty:) They were standing outside in their driveway.
This is one picture that she sent to my cell phone, for us to enjoy:) She thought we might be able to view them, from Tawas last week. But, it was very overcast and cloudy that evening, where we are living.
I wanted to share this picture with my friends on My Lot.

@wolfgirl569 Were the Northern Lights visible, where you're living?

Mari Lyn and Christian were standing in their driveway. Aubrey had never seen them before!

These photos were taken last week, my daughter heard that they'd be visible in the northern sky.

That's a lovely picture! I didn't look this time. We lived on Lake Erie for 7 years and saw the Northern Lights one time. They were really amazing. Have a good day.

On Tawas Lake Road, we saw the Northern Lights one time. They weren't this bright of colors.

Where we live, it was too cloudy to see these lights.

I had only seen their pictures in green. They look just as magical in purple too!

The Northern Lights come in many different colors, depending upon the sun's position.

I am way to far south to see anything. But yay!

I don't know how far south these are visible. I'll have to read up on them:)

It's a shame that the weather didn't cooperate for you to see the Northern Lights from Tawas last week, but at least you got to experience them vicariously through your daughter's photo. Thank you for sharing this glimpse of such a breathtaking natural phenomenon with your friends on MyLot!
