I watched a movie about a man who's wife was divorcing him. He started thinking about his high school sweetheart. He became obsessed with going back to his hometown to see her. He had a romantic dream in his head that their relationship would pick up where they left off. He finally got the nerve to ring her doorbell. She didn't even recognize him until he said his name. They visited for a short time but ultimately she had totally moved on and had no romantic ideas about him. He left with a hard reality check. Such a sad story that happens more than we think it does. My ex husband took our son to visit his to let her know he was alright. That's why he's my ex. Do you know anyone like this?
