Happy Wednesday Everyone! another rainy day here today. I'm so tired of gloomy days but at least it isn't pouring and no storms in the forecast.
Today is the first day since Saturday that life is back to normal.
Saturday was spent getting ready for company and
Sunday was Mother's Day and the whole family was here. This was the first time in a year that everyone was together including my oldest grandson and his fiance. We had a wonderful day and even remembered to take family pictures.
Monday I was just plain exhausted and didn't have the enery to even pop on here and chat,
Yesterday was my daughters birthday and she was off from work. We went out for lunch with my oldest daughter and grandson and enjoyed a good meal at the Outback steak house. We also did a little bit of shopping at Michaels but I was disappointed at their selection of yarn.
That's the last few days in a nutshell.
I'm tired today but not exhausted like I was on Monday. This getting old is really for the birds 
I miss the days when I could burn the candle at both ends.
Now I have some serious catching up to do and hope everyone is having a good day.

Glad you are back. Do you ever shop at any online yarn stores? You might get a better selection. Some might even be more reasonably priced if you can get a deal.

I do buy a lot online and have gotten some really good sales. But, since my girls wanted to go to Michaels i wouldn't object since they do have a good selection of most everything craft wise. It was disappointing because I had a gift card and couldn't find anything that jumped out at me.

@Marilynda1225 I am gonna look to see if that yarn store I have mentioned to you before Center of the Yarniverse has a website. If they do I imagine their yarn isn't cheap unless it is on sale..but they do have a really good selection.

My daughter had a very nice birthday especially since she took the day off from work.
Today was relaxing and I even took a nap.

My husband and I find if we go out one day to a doctor's appointment and then out to eat we are exhausted that evening and the next day. Getting old sucks! Glad you had such a nice time with family. Have a good day.

I know what you mean about getting old, & can't hang with the big dogs
I feel the same way since I went through everything I've went through
through out my life with health issues, this last 1 was a whopper.
I can't hang like I use to either, I can't work like I use to, I can't deal
with the heat like I use to, I have to take lots of breaks or naps just
to have the energy I need to get SOMETHING done in a day.
