It's a beautiful Thursday evening here in the Neon Fun Jungle. 61 degrees((16C)) and no wind and I have great news for you. Unless you're MAGA. If that's the case, the news isn't so great. Peep this y'all: Court rules Trump does not have immunity from 2020 election subversion prosecution ((Article Linked Below)). Make no mistake, it's still a mixed-up, muddled-up, shaken-up world. But, on the one and only plus side, the A federal appeals court is still capable of making good decisions. When they want to. The other one and only plus side is that many people had told me, "Sir, don't get your hopes up. The Court will deny him immunity but they will drag it out until late June or July, thereby delaying the federal election subversion case until it's too late, AKA After The Election. So it will be a yuge win for Rapist Trump and his followers." But, the flying fickle finger of fate had other plans and the whole thing turned into another yuge Trump Loss. And now, there's time for another trial before the election. Speaking of court cases, the hush money trial is about to go to the jury next week. The upshot of it all is that Indicted Felon Trump is several steps closer to spending the rest of his natural life in prison and for the first time ever, Many People were wrong. Sorry about that, MAGA. But I'm not too sorry because no one twisted your arm. You started worshipping Trump on your own and you had to have known that it would end like this. With that in mind, let's go to a couple of hours ago and see what the Cosmic Universal federal appeals court decision of the Month Club Decision For Today is. ************** CNN reporter shares what's next for Trump after presidential immunity ruling02:27 Court rules Trump does not have immunity from 2020 election subversion prosecution By Adrienne Vogt and Michelle Shen, CNN

I do, too and we won't have long to wait before we find out. The jury could get the hush money case on Wednesday and they probably won't want to spend the weekend deliberating, so we could know by next Friday.

Nope. All those issues were addressed and the defense ruined any chance of him walking unless they managed to keep the Pro-Trump juror who had already made up his mind. He is Trump's only chance.

It is all a moot point if he doesn't get a trial before the election. I am praying that at least one of these can be started in time for the election. It is possible he might get convicted of a charge or two in New York..but I think he is gonna walk for the majority of them. Which is going to give life to his "witch hunt" claims. He is a teflon Don like John Gotti was.

The scariest thing about the current trial is that he only needs one juror. Then again, he only needed one in the defamation cases and he failed to get even one in both of them.

P.T. Barnum once said, “There is no such thing as bad publicity.” That’s being tested daily. I don’t know how it’ll look for the President of the United States to have an election debate in a prison visiting room, though, so Biden might have to cancel.
