Have you ever been on a job interview where the person in charge said she had no time to read your CV?

Before that, you even had to sign in all of your informations that were already mentioned in CV, which was sent to certain firm. They are busy but aren't we, future employees busy too and only expect that someone would just read that small little CV and show some decency and professionalism? Also, they said they didn't even know requirements that were put in a job ad and said it is HR team's task. Why are we called on interviews then? So others can spend out time and play with it instead of us? Really...

No, never. Employees are busy too and their time should be respected.

Couldn't agree more and thank you. It feels like going to a market to get vegetables and not going on a professional job interview. And then media would every now and then say that there are so many empty job positions and how come noone would apply. Lies as always.

I also encountered that kind of treatment. I find it really weird. They ask for your receive. They respond and ask you to write all the information about you that can also be found in the CV. I just don't understand the point of that at all.
