I would much rather chat with a company, like insurance company, audible, etc.
But right now I am in que to chat with my phone company and I'm 56th in line and it says I will be connected in about 1914 minutes. LOL. But when I first began waiting it was 77th in que and has 2325 minutes and it's only been about 7 minutes, so I'm pretty sure I will be connected within 30 minutes.

Thats too high in waiting. They should hire more chat representatives. This way waiting can be reduced.

Here waiting time is hardly 3 to 4 mins. If not connected they will record our phone number and call back due to failure of connection.

Well I'm sure the waiting time was some sort of glitch. It took about 20 to 25 minutes to chat with someone but that's a little high but it's not bad considering I could do other things online while I waited.

I will but I was hoping I would be finished by now. At least I don't have to hold my phone to my ear while I wait and I can chat with all of you while I wait.

I've actually finished the chat. I knew there was no way I would be "on hold" for that long. it took about 20 minutes but I was on other sites too. Like this one and facebook.
