Another Mass Collision

I just read about another Mass Collison. This time a Dodge Ram pickup and a Chevy Van. Seriously, we need stricter laws or to ban them all together, background checks or something. I mean who really needs vehicles? Six dead and nine injured, that’s just a tragedy and could have been avoided if only we hadn’t just let anyone have a vehicle. Pretty much we let anyone use a deadly weapon like that at age 16. There is just no reason anyone should have a big assault vehicle like that. Nothing in the constitution says anything about, just anyone should have those type of vehicles. What has this world come to?
