What's for dinner? May 20

What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I don't have anything thawed so it is a pantry pull tonight--Carmine's Penne al Vodka. I've made that classic Italian-American dish like a hundred times. The only difference is that I don't have penne on hand so I'm using ziti rigate. That's what the Instacart shopper substituted for penne. That's all I'm making. No salad, no vegetable, no bread, nothing else. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Just finished. Filet mignon with Shrimp Alfredo as a topper. Made the Alfredo sauce from scratch. It’s sooo easy. And finally got to try out the new mini-grill! :)

My partner and I eat ramen for dinner sometimes. We sometimes add some kimchi, dried seaweed, cheese, egg and ham. We tend to eat them all together in every bite.

We had sandwiches tonight. I bought some Boarshead London Broil Roast Beef. Made a sandwich with tomatoes and Arby's Horsey Sauce on it. Tom had a grilled Turkey with Swiss cheese and tomato. Tomorrow I am fixing a Pork Tenderloin..trying to figure out how I want to cook it.
