What is best way to manage finances as couples?

Hello friends, When I was young I never thought that finances was a very big topic especially to the married people. But now as I'm maturing, preparing for marriage, I have found that is it's the most crucial topic. Managing finances, and having a stable source of income can be very hard, but as for my say, if the couples are lucky to have jobs that's is great, now, maybe they can come up witha small business. Spending money also should be responsible, but how can this be achieved if the prices are rapidly rising?
