Remember the Ones from Childhood?

I used to enjoy comic books. I got the 101 Dalmatians one and wore it out. I remember my mom used to bring me home Superman comics when I was young. I was a big fan. Growing up I lost some of the interest until Christopher Reeves did his part to bring fandom back to me. My grandson was a big fan of Spiderman when he was young. Then the Transformers. I don't think my daughter ever liked any certain Super Heroes. How about you? Do you have a favorite?
I also wonder how many of you are fans of Star Wars or Star Trek. I'm more of a Trekkie. Star Wars sure has expanded recently. Disney+ has it all.
R.I.P. Christopher Reeves.

@celticeagle The old school cartoons from the 1960s were very good.

I enjoyed them too. I remember I let a girl borrow my romance comics and never got them back.

Yes, I'm a superhero fan, thanks to my son. He's into the whole DC Universe and Marvel Universe, and then there's Star Wars. He could win a trivia contest on Star Wars hands down. He could probably do it with the others too. I'm not the fan he is, but I watch the shows. I was a Trekkie growing up. Right now, I'm into Halo. My son doesn't like that one. I don't know why.

Superman was popular back in my day and he's pretty much the only superhero (maybe except for Batman) that I was interested in. I do remember all those comic books and wish I had kept a lot of the ones I had from my childhood.

That was before a lot of the other ones came to TV or the movies. I wish I had saved some of mine too. Most of them I wore out.

I was never a big comic book fan. I'm more of a Trekkie than a Star Wars fan. Have a good day.
