Do you believe in eating breakfast as a king?

Hello friends
It is a wounderful morning here from my side, hope all of you are fine.
There is an old saying that goes, eat breakfast as a king, lunch as a price and super as a college student.
Basically meaning that in the morning meal you eat a lot and healthy ,but at evening we reduce the amount of the meal.
I wonder how many people do this, but in our culture we are used to have a heavy super instead.
How do you regulate your meals of the day?

Science suggests that breakfast should be your largest meal because anything you add during the day is just going on top so to speak. I eat about the same for each meal or less.

I only eat a meal everyday,maybe it's lunch,maybe it's supper.But i seldom eat breakfast,because my insomnia is very serious,basically i don't go to bed until the morning.

I eat the same for every meal and go for two walks every day to stay healthy.

NO, because I notice that populations that eat a light breakfast live longer and are healthier.
Those who eat large breakfast have the largest number of obese people in their country.
I am Italian, we have a very light breakfast and a more important lunch. Our life expectancy is among the highest in the world.

I try not to eat very much in the evening. I eat my biggest meal at lunch. Have a good day.
