Do they really burn them?

Hello friends I have been spending a lot of time on social media and I came a cross of a video talking about this big brands. Well it was interesting because the video was talking about, how the brands charge a high fee or high prises on a low price product, well in this case hand bags. And the shocking part as I learnt from the video is that if the product is not sold, they burn the product. I did not understand why, but they say, if not sold by six months it has lost its value so they burn it. I don't weather it's true but if so why can't they just sell them at a lower price. My question is, will you spend a lot of money to buy something expensive because of the brand name, or buy something simple that serves the same purpose at a cheaper price?

I would certainly not burn the items. They could be donated. No, I will not buy something really expensive just because of the brand name. Have a good day.

NO, I think that it's a silly attitude to buy items because of the brand. They DO NOT burn the products, this is fake. My niece worked for Louis Vuitton, they do not place their brand name on the product and sell at a lower price.

It’s hard to believe they would just burn their product, but I guess it is more than possible. I don’t buy things just for brand names. It feels wasteful to pay a ton of money for a name only.

I was also shocked that they burn them, as long as a product serves the purpose I can get the cheaper ones

we should not believe anything we watch before we see it directly in front of our eyes, nowadays technology has developed quite a lot and can create fake scenes.
