What did you have for breakfast on this sunny and cool Friday?

I got some errands done after Guitar Center yesterday. A quick trip to the grocery store netted me some frozen dinners, some wet food for Kitty, some overly sweet coffee beverage (I was in an experimental mood), and some eggs. I had my regular old hash and eggs this morning for the first time since returning from Chicago. It was good. I can feel the cool air on my feet right now, and see hazy sunshine. It should turn into a nice day. What are you up to on this sunny and coolish Friday? And most importantly, what did you have for breakfast?

I haven't eaten yet (I'm still on my 18 hour fasting because when I stopped I gained weight back). I am a real creature of habit and eat the same thing for breakfast every day (unless someone surprises me with brunch). One pouch of instant oatmeal (low sugar), a cup of tea, a bowl of berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries) and a blueberry muffin. Later in the day I might have Activia Lactose Free Yogurt. This seems to be the only meal that doesn't mess up my digestive system.

@TheHorse And even if I wake up with a wonky stomach, that breakfast usually settles things down.

I got George's peg tube cleaned out. Got some black stuff out of one of the holes on his bumper for his peg tube. Used soap and water to clean under his bumper. He actually was helpful about it, and we got it all done.

Oh man, I need to buy some hash. I made banana muffins, and we had mandarin oranges, and coffee of course, as we made our way to hubby's treatment.

Thank you for reminding me I have eggs in the fridge, Our warm humid weather continues, I suspect a great surge of people on this Memorial Day weekend to Daytona Beach so most likely I will stay inside and far from the maddening crowd, Here is a link to what we have to expect I know this is from 2022 but with each year things just get worse,

@TheHorse Poha is made from beaten rice. We fry onion, potatoes, green chillies, curry leaves together and mix washed beaten rice. I add some roasted peanuts and raisin too.

I had an egg and some rye toast, one of my favorite breakfasts. It was good. Is your hash just regular beef hash in a can, or corned beef hash? Just curious.
