I just read an article about cherries. I knew they were good for us but had forgotten about them so far this season. They help with joint pain, nerve pain and inflammation. This fruit has magnesium, potassium and, vitamin C in it. Some people have a sensitivity to these and some vegetables. The fiber they have in them is known to protect you against colon cancer. Eating some tart cherry juice after intense exercise can help to reduce muscle damage and is a great supplement for joint health. It is a popular ingredient in red powders because it is beneficial in stopping soreness and shortening recovery time. A single dose of Bing cherry juice can reduce blood pressure levels(diastolic and systolic both) within 2 hours in older adults. Tart cherries can also aid sleep because it increases the amount of Melatonin in the body.

@Rimps85 ......When I was young I spent my summers at my grandparent's place. They had pie cherries, currants, black caps, blackberries, raspberries, prunes, apricots, concord grapes, and rhubarb. I would get sick each year from eating so much.
