Another fire another massive killing

Even after so many fire incidents it seems we are not learning. Yesterday another fire broke in a gaming zone in Rajkot killing more than 25.It is really a sad incident.

India runs purely on luck...there's no safety measures, no assurances, no checks, nothing....corrupted bureaucrats get their share of money and let go those unscrupulous practices
