It's raining
It's pouring
The old man
is snoring...
Well, there's no old man here, snoring or otherwise, but it is raining (if not quite pouring). So, I won't be doing any gadening this morning, but at least it's good for the stuff I planted yesterday: more corn and carrot seeds, and some dahlias, not to mention all the stuff I've planted before.
Unfortunately, the grass will just LOOOVE it. And the roses will shoot up some more suckers, which I was hoping to cut back today.

We're getting some rain today. On and off. My eldest has a grad trip and it's an outdoor thing. My son has a field trip to an Aboriginal village. The weather won't be the best for them. But I'm sure they'll have fun and they have some extra clothes in case.

The rain has caused the weeds to take over our flower garden. We can't weed; and I hate to ask our grass cutters to spray. It will kill the bees and the little chipmunk that has a home there. Have a good week.

We had just a few splats of rain about this time last evening. I have not worked outside today. I have not done much today at all. There is always tomorrow, though. All the laundry appears to be washed.

@BarBaraPrz Some are in a planter that looks like a train. My uncle loved trains and someone made him a planter. One I think is in the ground.
