What's your best slow cooker recipe?

I'm looking for some really good slowcooker recipes that aren't too expensive to make. I have a family of 3 with a 3 year old child. He's hard to please sometimes, so if you have one that's a winner with kids please post it.

Definitely a pot roast because there is no measuring!
-pot roast
-carrots
-potatoes
-onions
-celery
-canned broth (one can should be good)
** I cook on high for 6 hours
