Shall I blame them? No, a big NO!

I believe they are always wild whether they are domesticated or not, I should have been a little bit careful with regards to handling any of the playful pets. So blaming them isn't right at all because some part I also played.
A few days ago, I came across a friendly cat in my neighborhood, and I often started playing with it whenever I go for walk. I have a habit of patting any cat whichever comes near me. That fellow is very friendly and it starts walking beside me playfully and then catches one of my legs, scratches me, and bites me, though biting has no sign of injury, but the nails give me. So, I needed to visit the nearby hospital and now for another 4 more injections awaiting in a few weeks. I was told by the owner that the cat has been vaccinated but I preferred going for precaution rather than anything happening with me in future.

Well if the cat has had its shots, you won't get rabbies. But since cats walk in the dirt, they can pick up other things.

Oh, that's too bad! Cats sometimes get overstimulated and act a little wildly, kind of like small children do when they are overwhelmed. I'm glad you don't blame the kitty.

Yes blaming them is kind of not taking accountability from my side. Trying to play with them is like playing a fire only.
