Tom and I have been ordering from Jersey Mike's for several years. He loves the Big Kahuna, and I usually get the Italian. Tonight, I ordered on line, but forgot to push the enter twice. LOL No order when I got there. I won't go into details, but was SO disappointed in the whole visit to the store. The lady who I am pretty sure was a Manager, was about to leave, but came back to do something. Anyway, I was dealing with the dude making sandwiches. We were handling it just fine, but SHE had to put her No Sense in the middle of it. That put me in a bad mood, then the lady who took my order didn't take the order for my Italian. I assumed she didn't hear me and yelled it to her. That Manager Yelled at ME, and told me to apologize to the lady who took my order. I didn't want to start anything, so I just apologized and left it at that. The "Manager" left, and everything else went fairly well. As I said we have been getting sandwiches there for years. The place even when busy was always clean, but not that clean tonight. And when I got home..the dude didn't put Salami on my Italian sandwich. I think we will be going to Firehouse from now on..Cheaper and better Italian sandwich. Hope everyone had a better day than I did today. LOL

I tried to order Jursey Mike's once but couldn't because of delivery deadlines.

Management can make or break a place. Maybe find where to file a complaint online.

I messaged their FB page about the incident. I didn't have the receipt so not sure it would have gone through on their website. It asked for the Receipt #. So we will see. Have never had a reason to contact them before always had good service before.

If it has been great for years and then you have one bad experience, maybe it is not a reason to avoid going there again. Everyone has a bad day. But then that manager sounded like she either had a really bad day or is just not a nice person. Or maybe really has no business in a people service industry. Either way, try again. But if it is still not clean, and not good service, maybe then quit. Make sure to give them an appropriate review or in some way let them know about the bad service. You might get a refund. I do that all the time if I do not get what I ordered, and it was either take out or delivery. But on take out, I try to remember to check it first before leaving. I don't always remember though. LOL

The more I think about it..I kept thinking that I had seen her before. It hit me today..she used to work at Subway..She was the same way up there. There were people in line, one dude needed to leave, and she was just walking around..not helping do anything..another dude was working on the cash register. She had friends waiting in line, and came out and stood talking to them, while other people waited. No..she has NO business in a people type job. I might try Jersey Mike's again, but truthfully..I like Firehouse better. LOL Wish they had a Big Kahuna at Firehouse.

It's a shame when you are KNOWN in a place you order from for yrs & get treated like your a stranger that's never been seen B-4 I'd do just what you said, go to a better place that's cheaper & better.

The people working there I had never seen before...so they really didn't know me. But had my order gone through on the computer, they would have seen I was a regular.
