Today I must have walked 15,000 steps!

Early in the morning, I took the dog out on his hour long walk, then I came back home, taught a Hebrew lesson on line, then took the bus and the train to teach two guitar lessons. The Pride March hit Jerusalem and some bus routes were in the way of the March, so I didn't know if my bus would be affected, so I walked home, about an hour. Then I taught two more Hebrew lessons, took the shopping cart to the market and bought food for the weekend. And somone was giving away two cute vests for women, so I walked to pick them one, but only one fits, so with all that walking, I didn't have the app on my phone, but it seems like I walked a lot today. Do you still count steps?

Yes, I count steps. I have a fitness band. Walking a lot is healthy.

Most of the time when I go out I am carrying a saxophone or a clarinet with me, along with a backpack full of stuff that I will need for the day. So I am getting even more of a workout!

Morning walks steps aren't counted but I have apps that use to count. I am not how it will be benefitted and my goal is to spent walking at least 30-40 minutes minimum.
