Friday Morning Brief

Good morning from sunny, warm Green Bay, Wisconsin. It's currently 64 F and rising to 78 F today.
It's been a good morning so far. I've been getting almost 8 hours of sleep a night for the past week. I know they say you need that much, but I never got it before regularly. I always woke up happy, but I seem to be happier than ever with so much sleep. Yea, sleep.
Okay, so what's on the agenda for today? I think I like Friday so much because it's a light day. I have no outside activities I'm involved in, yet. That could change. There's something in the wind around here and I'm right smack dab in the middle of it. I'll let you know more about that as I learn more about it.
So, the plan of the day is to get work done on my books. I'm saying plural because I might pull it off today. I'll also get my steps and work out on the foot cycle.
See, a nice easy day. I also have time to take the garbage down and start the cleanup for the Housing inspection next week. The inspection will take all of two minutes.

I hope the inspection goes well. The muscle in my back that bothers me from time to time is really bad today. I can hardly walk. Not doing much today but sitting. Have a good weekend.

I took a pain pill and then at midnight I took a muscle relaxer and fell asleep for a couple of hours.

Just an average work day.
The good part is that we sold some scrap and hhe house is slightly more decluttered.
Just slight drop in the temperature but still 44 to 45 C max.
I hope that you get good work done on the books.
What's covered in the house inspection?

And what they do if some fault is found? Do they plan any Maintenance and Repair operations?

It sounds a bit of bother. However, I suppose this Process would also be ensuring that repairs are carried time to time.
Else, such issues can often cause misunderstanding between Tenants and Owners as happened with us a couple of times before.

I'm glad you sold some scrap, and the house is less cluttered.
The housing inspector comes in, makes sure all the faucets work, the windows open and close properly, the screens are in good condition, and check the smoke alarms. It takes about two minutes to do all that.

It's June 1 here today. I had a good day. I think I was able to leave a good impression during my job interview. I made them laugh and they were able to find my previous work experiences to be very interesting. Hopefully, I get hired this time.
