A year it has been and its all the same

I had not posted anything for some time now.
As I go back and checked on what I shared with you from years past. It seems like to be an affirmation that the emotions I have been feeling has now deep rooted in me. Until now it is all the same, nothing had changed. I am still feeling not into it.
It is like a monthly dose of excruciating stress.
No matter how hard I try not to feel nor entertain any thoughts of it. Still, I have a strong dislike of that person. I have never experience such h*te,
I wanted, I need healing... but I won't be able to move on seeing, hearing... being proximate....
Lord I am sorry, I know its wrong...

Hello I do not know if mere words could bring you comfort but I do pray for your peace of mind. Hate is a terrible feeling as it does consume you so I hope you can focus on something else. If you need a friend or someone to talk to please do not hesitate to talk to me.
