It's June Already

Happy Saturday and Happy June! this new month is starting off with beautiful weather and looks like we have some very nice days ahead.
My daughter and I are heading out to pick up our grocery order and will probably either have lunch out or pick up something on our way home. Maybe I can persuade her to stop at Hobby Lobby too.
Looking forward to getting out of the house for awhile and seeing what's going on in the outside world.
The HOA will be coming around today to do outside inspections, and I already know I'm probably going to have the outside of the house power washed. Even if the HOA doesn't tag me to do it, it needs to be done anyway. I never did get around to calling about an estimate.
That's my plans for today. How's your weekend shaping up?

What did you plant? flowers or veggies? maybe both??
I did stop at Hobby Lobby and in addition to a few skeins of yarn I got a few other things.

It is a lovely first day of June here also, although it is getting muggy outside.
I have been out to get a few groceries.
Now I am in with some mending calling my name.
I have a load of laundry in the dryer that will be calling my name in a little while too.
Aren't I popular? 
In a couple of hours we have to leave to go to a barbeque, I hope to have a 20 minute nap before that.

Our Hobby Lobby is one of the few stores that still closes on a Sunday. I remember back in the "old" days all stores were closed on Sundays.

@Marilynda1225 And I remember when many stores closed between 12 and 1pm for lunch! Imagine them doing that nowadays. Actually, when we were travelling in Europe we were always getting caught out by stopping in a town at lunchtime and expecting to be able to buy something for lunch. They all closed for an hour or so.

Yikes, I hate demanding HOA's. That is one thing I like about here. Everything is pretty chill as far as that goes.

Our HOA isn't too bad but I like that they insist on keeping up with maintenance. This way we don't have any shabby looking houses, yards etc. The community always looks nice.
