Gas prices down yet again in the Bay Area!

Well Boy Howdy! Gas prices have dropped again here in the San Francisco Bay Area! Should I thank Biden? Should I thank our most excellent Governor, Gavin Newsom?
Nah, I think I'll thank forces beyond my control. Just keeping it real.
I put six gallons in this morning. I am going to hope the trend continues. I have already gotten some cycling in, and my bike is poised for more. Kitty is guarding it.
Band practice is tomorrow. We have a few gigs coming up. Plus I have some gigs coming up with Durt Cheap, the band from which I was fired because of my nice legs and charming personality.

I'm glad the gas prices are finally going down where you are, but I still think we have you beat we got gas yesterday I think it was either yesterday or the day before and it was $3.07 a gallon

@TheHorse I know last summer when I was doing a lot of journalism work for a company I'm Sacremento gas was double there what it is here. We have got it for under three dollars a couple times in the past month. But I'm sure we probably use more gas than you do lol. We easily travel a thousand miles plus a week

@TheHorse I think I did alright. I got my usual 5 hours, but it was pretty solid sleep. I tend to sleep pretty good.

What has your gas prices been since Biden took office?
ours is ALMOST at the 4$ mark the last time I seen it
which was 2 wks ago being we don't get out that much.

@2ndchances24 If you compare CA gas prices to the rest of the nation, we'll almost always be among the highest. We have high population density on the Coast, and pollution was a real issue in the early 1980s. I refused to apply to UCLA for Graduate School when I saw the pollution there. Pollution is in check now, but we pay for it with high prices.

Sunday was great. Today, Monday, was mostly a headache. We keep on going, though. I notice gas prices have gone down a bit here as well. Must not be your governor changing it for us.

They are down here a bit too. It kind of depends on which station you go to though. The one I was forced to go to yesterday was 10 or 12 cents more than the other stations. That was annoying!

@TheHorse It was on the way to where I was going. It would have been out of the way to go to the cheaper ones. I expected it to be more, but not that much more.

Enjoying the drop in gas prices and getting some cycling in sounds like a great start. It's awesome that you have band practice and gigs coming up, despite the past experience with Durt Cheap. Here's to a fantastic Sunday and more great music ahead!
