Extra Creamy Pesto Pasta With Roasted Tomatoes

Hi guys! Just sharing our dinner last night. This is another gousto recipe and I am proud to say it actually looks beautiful. We did not have food processor so we had super Andrea grind the pesto. We also used the air fryer instead of the oven to roast our tomatoes. It was a delicious and healthy meal. The flavours were not too overwhelming but still very individual. Amazing teamwork equals amazing dinner.

@MarieCoyle I am glad Andre enjoys cooking. I do not like cooking alone. I like feeling like a head chef.

I was married for years, my then-husband did not enjoy cooking. I find it funny that he remarried and now HE is the cook. He could dirty more pans and pots fixing a simple meal than anyone I have ever seen.
Mostly, I cook everything myself. Sometimes when I am at my daughter's home, we cook together, that's always nice. I'm glad you work together so well!

Hello and I am glad to see you too! I have been quite busy so I too have not been in touch. I came back i think last week when I started my long annual leave. More time in my hands.
I went home last November and hopefully next November again. I am getting married in 10 days
