Last night's dream. (5/6/2024)

In last night's dream I was going to a shop that sells vintage and rare records. So I asked for a CD of Duran Duran's album 7 and the Ragged Tiger! It cost £2.20. I said I would like to spend £5.20. So the guy said, How about this cassette () of Take on Me by A-Ha? It was in a big box with lots of packaging with a tiny window to show the cassette! I presumed the extra packaging contained booklets or odd like extras like that. So I said, OK. Does it work? And so he said, Try it out on this cassette player, and he brought out this old fashioned cassette player. So he put the cassette in and I pressed play. As soon as I heard the first few notes I said, OK, it works, and I pressed stop. He said it was £2.15. Now I know that doesn't add up to £5.20, but dreams don't always make sense! So I took the CD, and the cassette (still in the cassette recorder! ) and left. When I got home I put the cassette recorder, with cassette still in it, into a draw. It was a big chest of drawers, with large deep drawers. The room was used by all members of the family, and there was a massive bed in the middle of the room. All sorts of stuff were in the drawers. I put the TV remote control in there. I also put something in there that I didn't want my Mum to know I'd got! There was a tube of cream in there too. I don't know what I did with the CD, but I presume it went in one of the draws too. I shut the draws before my Mum came into the room. She sat on the bed doing something. I don't know what she was doing. Some guys said they were going fishing, so I went too. They had this great big massive fishing line. I never saw one so big. But I got distracted by a beautiful long haired pussycat. I looked closely at the pussycat, (imagine a TV close up), and said, Oh, what a beautiful pussycat!
