Yeah, and I'm staying indoors. Roscoe won't go outside either, that's one smart pup. What really gets me is that even though I got a good nights sleep right now I'm sleepy, I'll be heading for the bed soon ...... it's only 102f right now but it should reach 107f before days end. Thankfully the humidity is low otherwise my swamp cooler wouldn't work. What's it like where you are?

All the nation is a hot plate now ! The weather report in our area says high 80s, but it does feel a lot hotter than that. I think it's because it wasn't gradual . . . we had been coolish all this time - and we went straight to heat - but in June instead of January . Stay cool out there!

I'm stayin indoors and so is Roscoe, he has no interest in going outside. June has been our hottest month for years now so I'm not surprised. I just hope it cools to the 90s more often.

@rebelann Ah, so you are reaching the peak? I think it's just only getting started here . It'll be interesting to see where July goes.

Yep, looks like a couple more weeks of high 90s to low 100s then hopefully by end of June we'll see more rain ..... hopefully July 4 will get a lot of rain so the fireworks won't work, I hate those blasted things.

Well, it's not 107F thank goodness! That is way too hot. Keep drinking plenty and stay as cool as you're able.

I don't think it got up to 107f but boy did it feel like it did. Yeah, I drink a lot of liquids plus I like eating frozen fruit which helps cool me down some.

It's warm but not as hot as you. The humidity is up which makes being outside not a lot of fun.

Here it's a dry heat, a little better than muggy but a lot of people suffer heat stroke cuz they don't realize just how hot it really is

We are having very normal temps in the low 80s, but we definitely still have to run the ac at night to sleep!

I like the 80s, I don't need A/C when it's that cool

@rebelann Thanks. A touch of humor on a otherwise humorless day. Yes, you're right about that humidity.

That is miserably hot, and the humidity makes it so much worse. We keep the furnace on, either a/c or heat 12 months of the year. We like having a constant 22 degrees in here at all times.
