Can you eat the same food every day?

I was eating the same food every day lately. I ate sardines, peanut butter, and another dish. This stopped my appetite. I am already underweight. I ate potatoes too every day. I feel sick and without appetite. I can't eat the same food every day. I have IBS and this is very painful. When I tried to change the food I already had symptoms. I had severe pain. I went to the doctor. The doctor told me that no pill can make me eat all foods. And I should just avoid foods all my life. So I avoided and avoided and I lost all my teeth even if I was less than 30 years old. So can you eat the same foods every day? Can you still have an appetite? I will tell you something. If you want to lose weight you should eat the same foods every day. I did this and couldn't gain weight.

I eat the same food but steam it when it tastes fresh but not everyday.

I get bore eating same food and yes you are right if you keep eating same food I also feel sick and weak

Hey. I hope you won't get offended by my question, but, if you don't have teeth how do you eat? And am very sorry for your IBS and pain. I also have stomach problems and it becomes painful. I recommend mastic gum. I hope it helps.

i mean, you can avoid but sometimes you desire, out of spike or not to try that other food again. i try eating different food but not sour and spicy which is hurting my throat and tongue but i couldn't resist oranges and i ate one, which was sour but i found pleasure in it. i am also thinking to buy some spicy chicken wings, i have a coupon for that but i am fighting inside. i am really sorry for your health issues.

Controlling the portions you eat will help for weight loss. As far as eating same set of food, I used to do that. However, I used to change the food every month and in that way I do not get bored. Plus, while eating I just focus on other things and what i need to achieve. It helped long term. Based on my observation, it is thought or thinking makes the food boring. Perhaps, if we can focus or think something else it would help.
